Our Wedding

It all started in 2020, right before the world hit pause. Our story begins in a lime green basement, with homemade cocktails, falling in love while secluded from the rest of the world. This was only the start to our relationship, not knowing what magical love was about to bloom. As we have built our life together, our families’ have grown closer, through family vacations, dinners, holidays, and good laughs. We’ve become each other’s family, even adding some family of our own through our cats, Max and Ivy.&nbsp; We didn’t just fall in love during tropical trips or nights out with our friends; we fell in love during our everyday routines. Coming home after work to cook dinner, laying in on Saturday mornings together and ordering breakfast, or watching tv on our couch cuddling with our cats. We cannot wait to start this next chapter as Husband and Wife, creating more memories along the way.&nbsp;

Meet my two incredible Maids of Honor—my best friends since middle school and my sisters in every way that matters. For over 15 years, we’ve grown up together, from girls to adults, from singing pop-punk songs together, to going to concerts and navigating adulthood all by each other's side. They’ve been there through every laugh, every tear, and every unforgettable moment. My mom even considers them her own daughters, and I couldn’t imagine this day without them by my side. I love them with all my heart!

Meet Tim Parzer – Our Best Man!
Tim and Deniz have grown extremely close since Kyra and Deniz got together. From talking about Pokémon cards and discovering new beers and cocktails to sharing recipes and having heart-to-hearts about life, their friendship has only deepened. Tim and Deniz have become best friends, and Deniz considers Tim his brother—complete with nicknames like "Brother Man!!" and the special bond of being his daughter’s favorite person in the world. Their love and friendship are undeniable!

Alyssa is one of Kyra's go-to people for literally anything. She was Tim's girlfriend first, but Kyra likes to think they would have found each other regardless. Whether it's sharing laughs, supporting each other, or just being there when it matters most, their bond is unbreakable. We love you, Alyssa!

We could go on and on about how special Wren is to us. She absolutely adores Deniz—he's her favorite person in the world! Wren is incredibly sweet, but let's be honest—we all know she'll be the diva of the day. We love her so much and couldn’t imagine anyone better to decorate the aisle for us.

Meet Zehra and Leyla Arkali – Deniz's Sisters, Kyra's Future Sisters-in-Law, and Their Best Friends!
Leyla and Zehra hold a special place in Deniz’s heart. They taught him the importance of respecting women—and also what it’s like to get beat up by girls, LOL! Kyra is forever grateful to have gained not just sisters-in-law, but true lifelong friends. Kyra wouldn’t want anyone else in the world by her side. We love you both so much!
