How should I RSVP?

Unfortunately due to strict deadlines, the RSVP window has closed and a final head count has officially been given Stonehurst. We will miss you on one of the most important days of our lives, but hope to celebrate with you in the future!

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive at least 20-25 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure everyone can find parking, find a seat, and we can start right on time!

What is the parking situation?

Parking will be available free of charge. Upon your arrival, there will be parking attendants to show you where to park! Vehicles can be left overnight, but need to be picked up first thing in the morning if taking the bus back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

We ask that all of our guests wear semi-formal attire. For men we recommend a suit and tie, and for women we recommend a dress or nice slacks and shirt! We are very excited to take pictures with everyone to look back on for years to come! We ask that guests do not wear jeans or shorts.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors?

We are hoping for beautiful weather to have our ceremony outdoors, however if there is inclement weather the ceremony will take place indoors. A cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony in the Mansion right next to the intended ceremony site! The reception will take place in the Barn located just a short walk from the Mansion. A shuttle will be available as well for transportation to the Barn.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that phones be turned off (an unplugged ceremony) and put away. We will have professional photographers to document it all and want you to be able to enjoy the whole ceremony in the moment with us! Following the ceremony we are more than happy to take pictures with everyone on their personal devices!

What kind of food and drink will be served?

The cocktail hour and the reception will consist of some light appetizers and an open bar, because what’s a party without an open bar! We do ask that you bring extra cash to tip the wonderful bartenders! The reception will be buffet style to ensure everyone is able to get exactly what they would like to eat! And of course there will be dessert! A s’mores station will also be available outdoors later in the night!

Will there be transportation to the venue from the hotel and from the venue back to the hotel?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate transportation from all hotels, however Uber and Lyft are additional options. We do ask that if you are drinking, you find a designated driver prior to the wedding! We plan to have a school bus from the Hampton Inn to Stonehurst, scheduled for a prompt 4:10pm departure, and from Stonehurst back to the Hampton Inn, scheduled for a 9:15pm departure, and a 10:30-10:40pm departure at the conclusion of the wedding. Transportation to Stonehurst will be **first come first serve** due to the distance to the wedding. **The bus will only be doing one trip to the venue and two trips back to the hotel. ***

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes we have a wedding registry on Amazon, but are also happy to accept monetary gifts as well to help fund our honeymoon!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unfortunately we have a very strict guest limit and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. We ask that no other guests be brought due to those restrictions.

Are kids allowed to attend?

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone and will miss them dearly, we have decided to keep our wedding kid-free in order to ensure everyone can relax and have a great time celebrating with us!
