Airfares can flex like crazy, but in general, it's wise to start looking for international flights at least four to six months before your trip, especially for travel in the summer.

The closest airport is the Lisbon Airport: Humberto Delgado Airport.

The attire is formal with black-tie optional. We would love it if you could wear a tuxedo or a long dress or gown. We know it's a challenge to rent a tuxedo overseas, and we don't expect you to do that. If you have a tux, great! If you have a beautiful black suit and tie instead, wear that. We will be arranging a tux-rentals in Portugal prior to the wedding. If you need to rent a tux, please contact Kyra at kyrawestonblog@gmail.com Just bring your best look and your best self! We love to dress up, and when in Rome (or in Portugal)... you can't be too over-dressed.

For new parents, your little ones are more than welcome to join in the Welcome Pool Party, Wedding, and Brunch. Whether you choose to bring the little kiddos or opt for a mini-vacay sans children, we support whatever decision works best for your family. We only ask that we PARTY with our friends and family into the wee hours under the night sky! We suggest arranging for babysitting services for the evening of the wedding. No worries, though – we've got you covered! We can help organize proper babysitting arrangements or feel free to bring along your own sitter. We'll make sure they're well-fed, invited to all wedding events prior to bedtime, and taken care of while you dance the night away. Just give us a heads up if you'll need assistance with babysitting arrangements. We want everyone to enjoy themselves to the fullest, creating unforgettable memories together in the beautiful backdrop of Portugal!

Not everyone will be able to stay overnight at the venue. We are arranging for shuttles to take you to and from your Air B&B or Hotel Melia.

That is totally up to you! We can arrange for shuttle services from the airport to your hotel (roughly 1 hour away ). Or, you can rent a vehicle (we've done this). Just a heads up, it's a bit of a process to rent a car (mostly manual transmissions), but we can advise you on this process. We've arranged for shuttles to transport you back to your hotel after the celebrations. Please do not drink and drive.

We've reserved rooms for all our guests at Hotel Meliá Setúbal for two nights (Friday, July 11, and Saturday, July 12) at no cost to you. The hotel is centrally located in Setúbal, and we've arranged a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Just follow the instructions in our RSVP to confirm your hotel reservation. If you have any questions, please email Kyra at kyrawestonblog@gmail.com If you'd like to arrive before Friday, July 11th, we encourage you to extend your stay! You can reserve a room for Thursday, July 10th (or earlier) by contacting the hotel directly. Please note that this additional night would be at your own expense. It’s a great opportunity to explore Setúbal a little more.

The wedding venue is called Quinta Da Conceicao, which is located in the Azeitao region. Check out the wedding venue website: https://quintadaconceicao.pt/ Your hotel is roughly a 20-minute drive from the venue. Hotel Melia is located in Setubal, Portugal. Setubal is a very beautiful city on the beach, within the Lisbon metropolitan area, about 50 kilometres from Lisbon downtown by road.

We would prefer your presence rather than your presents. No gifts, please. But if you insist, we're saving for our dreams and future endeavors, so any contribution towards our future fund would be wonderful - but not required.

We recommend flying to Lisbon a few days before the Welcome Party to adjust to the time zone and take in all Lisbon has to offer! It's a wonderful city.
