We always knew we wanted to elope. We loved the idea of an intimate ceremony. To us, the food, decorations, and extravagance didn't matter. We just wanted to say our vows and have fun.

Everyone who knows us knows that Wyatt is Notre Dame's number 1 fan and has also turned me into one. Our original plan was to run off to Ireland in August when Notre Dame played Navy in Dublin and get married on the Cliffs of Moher. We figured it was fitting as our first date was also a Notre Dame game. It was going to be so beautiful and romantic. Unfortunately, things didn't work out how we wanted. The game tickets were not going to be released in time for us to book anything. As you can probably guess, we were very upset. We had this beautiful and romantic vision of our wedding and honeymoon in Ireland and had to abandon it.

We have decided to elope to Vegas for our wedding, instead. Our parents and siblings will join us for a small ceremony. We could not celebrate this monumental occasion without them. We are happy that things worked out the way it did, so we are able to include our loved ones!
