Amber Sisk - Maid of Honor
Bride's 2nd and last born. She has taught me to be patient and to remain positive in all situations. She pulls the inner strength that I never knew I had. Amber is strong-minded and strong willed. She is truly a go-getter. She has an old soul and far more mature than her age. Amber owns an online clothing boutique. I call her my degree chaser. She's on her third degree and not sure when she will use either of them (loI). I am proud to be her mother. I love you past eternity
Erika Sisk - Maid of Honor
Bride's first born: The person who taught me how to love, how to be a mom and to be selfless. Erika is a humbled child. She has experienced so much in life, visited many places and achieved so many accolades. She is my athlete and my die heart basketball child.. She is enrolled in grad school at Ole Miss and a grad assistant for the Ole Miss women's basketball team. I am not sure if she will use her degree as well. (lol). She means the world to me and I am proud to be her mother. I love you past eternity.
Alice Malone - Bridesmaid
Married to the bride's cousin Vincent Malone . Her personality is contagious. She is loyal and so easy going and easy to love. She means a lot to me and I know whenever she is around there is always a good chilled vibe. Alice is also professional photographer with her cell phone (giggle)
Alecian Mathis - Bridesmaid
Le Le is the bride's first cousin. She is one of a kind and so funny. Her fast talking will have your stomach cramping. It is always a good time when we get together. Family is everything. I am so glad that we have a relationship that doesn't require talking everyday but we both are a phone call away.
Corley Webb - Bridesmaid
Bride's dear friend. We met at a medical clinic that she frequent as a drug rep. We conversed a lot whenever she stopped by. She has the sweetest spirit and is such a caring person. To know her is to love her. We exchanged numbers and from there we developed a friendship like no other. Corley and I have shared some of our toughest times together. Our bond is solid and she means the world to me .
Michelle Perry - Bridesmaid
Bride's friend: We have known each other since I was a little girl (giggle). She is a great listener, has a heart of gold and a gentle spirit. She is a Thursday Vibe’s friend and we have a great time every time we get together. I am blessed to call her my friend; to know her is to love her. Michelle very easy to get along with and never meets a stranger. What I love about her the most is her confidentiality.
Shadra Green - Bridesmaid
Bride's close friend for over a decade. She has been a true friend, confident, a shoulder to cry on and gives great advice. It wouldn't make sense to not include her on our big day, Shadra is very special to me and has been there for me during trying times. Thanks for being my friend
Evelyn Rogers - Bridesmaid
Bride and groom's sister in love. I coulee not have asked for a better woman for my brother. She is a God fearing woman and loves the Lord with all her heart and soul. “Eve” exemplifies what a woman of God looks like. She is genuine and loving. She is perfect for my big little brother and I wouldn't trade her for the world.
Kelsey Chandler - Bridesmaid
We were co-workers at a medical clinic. She was a college student and became like a daughter to me. We had so much fun together and we “clicked.” We shed tears, had heartfelt talks and encouraged each other. Kelsey moved to Austin, however, it made our friendship and bond much stronger. It is always a pleasure for us to link up when she visits Oxford. She is definitely a keeper.
Sabrina Fox - Bridesmaid
She is a member of the “Thursday Vibes” group of friends. She is soft spoken and very very funny. Sabrina has a loving soul and caring spirit. She is the snapchat queen, I have enjoyed getting to know her in this last year and many years to come. Sabrina is truly a friend indeed and very encouraging. Thank you for being a part of our special day.
Torie Marion - Bridesmaid
We have a relationship that dates back to my girls playing basketball during school years and college basketball. We are “basketball moms.” Her girls were the Sisk girl’s “little and biggest fans.” It’s been a joy for Kyser and I to watch her youngest daughter play in high school and elated to see what she does in her college career.
Marco Woodall - Best Man
Marco is the groom’s best friend’s son. His dad passed away in the truck with the groom due to a heart attack. Kyser was devastated and has yet to find another best friend. He could not let this day go by without “Mr. E Russell's presence through his son.. We could not get any closer to having his best friend in the wedding.
Boderick Rogers - Groomsmen
The “big little” brother of the bride. He has been a big blessing to me.. I can't imagine life without him in these last 5 years. He has a calming spirit that is contagious. He is my personal “Dave Ramsey'' and full of wisdom and the word. It is truly a honor to have him as our officiant on this special occasion. He is my rock. I love him so much. Kyser acknowledged him as his brother from the moment he met him. They laugh and have so much fun together. He and his wife's domain is our “getting away for weekend” home.
Teddy Mullin - Groomsmen
He is in a relationship with our daughter Amber. He has proven to Ky and I that he is truly a responsible young man. Teddy is talented beyond his talent. His hands are like magic. If you show him a picture, he can make it. Teddy is generous, kind, caring and will literally give you the shirt off his back. Be careful because he has lots of “sharp” objects in his pockets. He has truly been a blessing in our lives.
Vincent Malone - Groomsmen
Cousin of the bride and the husband of Alice. He is quiet and observative but when he loosens up, he is full of jokes and laughter. We are destined to have a great time when he is around. Vincent is one of the coolest and loyal men you will meet. He loves his family and is a very hard worker.
Nicholas Sisk - Groomsmen
The nephew and God son of the bride. We are so proud of him and all of his accomplishments. He is employed at the UM as well as in his last year of grad school. We are blessed to have him be apart of our special day. He is not perfect but I can assure you that he is very close to it. A respectful, caring and a real gentlemen who is conquering every goal he sets. He is truly a leader and a great role model. He makes me proud.
Justin Davis - Groomsmen
Another young man that’s like a son to the bride. The bride has inherited so many sweet babies in life. Justin Is from SC. I am super proud of how far he has come in life. He beat so many obstacles and true definition of perseverance. We are elated to see what else God has for him. Justin has a contagious smile.
Rodney Pegues - Groomsmen
The bride’s 2nd cousin and the son of Shirly Pegues. We call him Ja’Shun. He was our grandmother’s baby. He is educated and has grown up to be a responsible adult. He has a very caring spirit. He’s the same all the time and you can’t help but to love him.
Michael Fox - Groomsmen
Friend of the Groom and husband of Sabrina Fox. We have known Mike for a long time but recently became friends He has a quiet demeanor just as Kyser. They have a good time together whenever they link up. Mike is kind and very friendly. When Kyser is around him, he feels comfortable enough to loosen up and get in his own element. This is rare.
Chuck Scott - Groomsmen
A fun guy to be around. From the moment we met him, he’s been a part of our family. He is from Ohio but has a Jamaican accent (insider). To know him is to love him. He is easy going and a laid back guy.
JaMila Kimble - Flower girl
She is the daughter of our make-up artist. She is beautiful and has a big personality. I knew whenever I got married that I would be “borrowing” her for my wedding.
Kysen Jones - Ring Bearer
Our handsome ring bearer and great nephew. He is full of character and has an old soul. I love hearing funny things about him. He is the grandson of my brother and sister in love- Boderick and Evelyn Rogers.
Hannah Sisk - Jr. Usher
Bride's child/God daughter. She is also the daughter if Yolanda SIsk and the sister of Nicholas Sisk. I love her to pieces. Hannah is my traveling buddy. She is funny and non- chanlant like her sister Amber. When we are together we have so much fun and I often forget that she’s not my friend and have to go into aunt mode.
Sian Rogers - Jr. Usher
Sian is the daughter of Michael and Renee' Rogers. She is intelligent and athletic. Don't let her size fool you because she is a great wrestler, soccer and basketball player. Sian loves animals and has such a friendly spirit. I am so proud of the young lady she is becoming and can't wait to see what the future holds. Thanks for being a part of our special day.
Shirley Pegues - Hostess
The bride's aunt/cousin. She is the most loving and caring person you will ever meet, She is unselfish. There is nothing she will not do for family or a stranger. This lady has a heart of gold. I can talk to her as cousin or as an aunt. Yes, she has dual roles. Shirley is truly a gem and I am blessed to have her in my life.
Yolanda Sisk - Hostess
“Nikki” is the bride’s niece. She is one the scariest people I know when it comes to animals. Nikki exhibits a pleasant and gentle spirit and with a smile that never changes. She is the mother of Nicholas and Hannah Sisk. I love her like a sister and nothing will ever change that.
Qualisha McGawn - Hostess
The bride met "Qua" at a clinic where we were employees. She, Kelsey and I became good friend and never lost contact. Qua is appears to be quiet at first, but when she is comfortable around you, you are in for a treat. She will look at you with a straight face and say some funny stuff and never crack a smile. We plan to travel to Austin to visit Kelsey for a reunion.
Sylvia Gillom - Hostess
Bride's cousin: . As children we resided in the same neighborhood. We eventually became members of the same church and became friends. It wasnt until adult hood that we realized that were related. We call her “Peaches” but she is not always peachy when made mad.
Renee' Rogers - Hostess
She is married to the bride's first cousin, Michael Rogers of Indiana. Renee' is a stranger to no one. She has a humble spirit and loves everyone. Renee is always willing to lend a helping hand and greet you with that beautiful smile. Whenever she is around, rest assure that you will have a good time. I appreciate her and her family for just loving me and my family unconditionally. Family first and before everything is her motto.
Robyn Rogers - Volunteered Help Hand
Robyn is my first cousin from Georgia. She is a teacher and a very strong willed woman. I appreciate her offering to help on our special day. I love you and there aint nothing you can do about it.
