It was a random summer day, La’Brea was scrolling down her timeline and saw a post that someone put up about a revival happening at a church she use to attend regularly. She had NO idea who the young gentleman was who was posting about it, but she was intrigued to find out. She (as the young people would say) slid in his DMs to find out when/where this was taking place. He responded expeditiously, and without hesitation. This began the start to what some may say, ”Love at first Text”.




What no one knew was, La’Brea had just began to give up on life in general. She finally came to terms with her life and decided to make a change and go back to Christ.




Over the course of the summer of 2021, La’Brea and Nick continued to converse in frequent text conversations. Texting later turned into phone calls, which transitioned into many dates. Dates that also included two very handsome princes, Lathan and Damarié, that Nick fell in love with too.




Closer to the latter part of the year, on November 10, 2021, Nick took La’Brea on a very romantic date where she ate the BEST steak of her life. ( Oh of course She had really pretty roses on the table too). However, what she was not expecting is what took place next. He pulled out a magical box, and popped the question. He said, WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND. Her heart was filled with so many emotions and love filled the room. She took a look and saw what he was holding in that magical box and got teary eyed looking at the promise ring Nick was holding. That night , ALMOST, became the best night of her life, but God had more to the story.






Many months passed by. Nick continued his quest of love with La’Brea and her princes Lathan and Damarié. They became like a family now.








Fast forward to December 10, 2022, exactly a year and 1 month later, Nick starved his lover La’Brea all day long, so that she could feast on the question she was waiting for All her life. That night, Nick got on one knee , to ask … “La’Brea Samantha Bryant, will you marry Me?”….. our story continues to this present day.








When God brought us together, we knew that he sent us both for one another. To hold, uplift, heal, and to encourage one another. We have spent the last 2 years learning what it truly takes to love each other through the good AND bad. Keeping God at the forefront of our relationship, he’s poured MANY blessings upon us and we are living in our overflow. We can not wait to say I DO and let our story reach the lives of many people who think that they may never find love. Because La’Brea surly found love #inTheNICKofTime
