The story of Us began with Mr. T's (aka Terrell) dreadlocks and a superlike back in 2016.
Mr. T was sixteen and wanted to redefine his style from a high top fade to dreadlocks. Corey being the Superman he is, sprang into action to find a stylist.......when he found LaKrisia! LaKrisia gave Mr. T the best style he ever had and Mr. T gave LaKrisia his Dad.
On our "second " first date LaKrisia suggested we go to The Backdoor. Corey hesitantly agreed as he quickly googled it to see where in hell is she taking me!
We met at the bar where the cowboys (Corey's team) were playing the steelers (LaKrisia's team).
Some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth between us. Over wings and an epic loss for LaKrisia's team, we discovered a mutual love for sports, travel, shoes and our children.
As the Steelers lost that night (35-30), Corey gloated. So LaKrisia repaid him the best way she could.... by telling the whole bar it was his birthday and having everyone sing happy birthday to him when he returned from the restroom. Priceless! It was November and his birthday is in June. He played along and we laughed the rest of the date. We have superliked each other ever since ❤❤

3 years of memories later we've walked/ ran 5k races and hiked up the waterfalls in Jamaica. We've welcomed his granddaughter (Hey Soluna), making both of us official members of the sexy grandparents club🥰! We've attended both Terrell's and Corey's graduations.... where Corey popped the question and LaKrisia said yes (after 19 seconds of shock 😍😍)
We can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!
