Can I RSVP Online or do I RSVP to the number provided?

Either way works for us! Please remember to include the number of guests in your party and any song requests.

Where do I send my song requests or other information if I RSVP online?

You will be prompted to enter song requests when you RSVP. You can also text your requests or other information to the phone number on the back of your invitation. Please include your name in case we don't have you saved to our contacts.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 31, 2025.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Ates Ranch Wedding Venue is wheelchair accessible. The address is 5992 Jeff Ates Rd, Milton, FL, 32583.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

For the sake of photographs, semi-formal or dressy casual attire is preferred. However, as long as you are comfortable, we are just happy you are able to join us!

What is the weather like in the area?

Florida is unpredictable. You may need to bring a light jacket or heavier coat to be prepared for both extremes in our winter temperatures. Please refer to the forecast in the days leading up to the Wedding Day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We likely already have your plus one accounted for! Please let us know if we don't.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

It's perfectly fine to bring your kids.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar with a small selection. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite drinks and mixes.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken and an assortment of sides will be served buffet-style. Please let us know ASAP if you have any dietary restrictions and/or food aversions.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive by the time printed on your invitation.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Please! Take pictures of the ceremony from your seat if possible. Do keep in mind that a photographer will be present. Before and after the ceremony, our attention will likely be on her.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Please don't post photographs until we approve of them.
