WILL THERE BE TRANSPORT TO & FROM THE WEDDING?
Yes, we have arranged a bus to collect guests from two different location in the Kingscliff area to take you to the wedding venue, as well as drop you back at the end of the reception. Please note, they will not wait for anyone, so please be early and waiting for the below departure times.
TO THE VENUE - pick up from:
2pm - Peppers Salt Resort & Spa.
2.10pm - Kingscliff Hotel - Pearl St Bus stop (street behind the hotel).
FROM THE VENUE - return drop off:
10:30pm leave venue
- Peppers Salt Resort & Spa
- Kingscliff Hotel - Pearl St Bus stop.
Kingscliff Beach Hotel is open till 1:30am for those kicking on, so we would suggest this is the best stop for you.
There is parking available on site for those driving. The venue has let us know that Ubers & Taxis are limited in this area, so please pre-book or arrange prior if this best suits you.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
We are crossing our fingers and toes for a beautiful day, though please be mindful that we will be in winter and the venue is reasonably open. We would recommend bringing something warm to be safe!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
The dress code is cocktail/formal for the day of the wedding. We encourage lots of colour & attire that has you feeling your best!
ARE CHILDREN ABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
Gifts / Wishing Well
We are very lucky to not only have each other, but the guests who will make our wedding day so special. Your presence is by far enough, however if you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, you can contribute to our wishing well.
WHAT ARE THE PLANS FOR THE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER THE WEDDING?
WEDNESDAY 3RD - WELCOME DRINKS
We would love to welcome those of you who are staying close by on the Wednesday to join us for a drink or bite to eat at Salt Bar & Bistro. We will have a small area reserved for those who can make it. Feel free to pop in anytime from 6pm. This venue is kid friendly if you wish to bring along the little ones.
FRIDAY 5TH - RECOVERY.
Come unwind with us after the wedding festivities at a recovery session at The Kingscliff Beach Hotel from 1pm. It is kid-friendly, if you are wanting to spend time with the littleees, they are more than welcome. They have a great children's menu and a good sized playground area. We have a few tables reserved in the front section. Feel free to come and go as you wish!
