With many events going on this weekend in the Brainerd/Baxter area, this will be a busy weekend for hotels and such. Please reserve your room as soon as possible. Reminder: There will be camping space at the venue.

There will be shuttles running before, during, and after the event. Drivers will be working hard to get everyone to and from the venue safely. They are working for tips, so if you are able, please consider showing your appreciation with a gratuity!
