It is incredibly cheap and easy to rent a car from either Tulum or Cancun. We even picked a car up from Tulum, and dropped it off in Cancun. However, I encourage you to make the reservation ahead of time to skip the lines. Driving in Tulum is a little challenging at first because the roads are small and there are no real lanes... but if you want to have the freedom to drive around during the weekend, I highly suggest this option. Hotel Panamera has complimentary valet, and there are also plenty of public parking spots around the city and beach areas.

The nearest bus station to the hotel is the Tulum Centro station. From here, Ubers and Taxi's to Hotel Panamera are easily accessible and are a short ride from downtown Tulum to the beachside resorts.
