Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brainerd-Baxter, an IHG Hotel
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brainerd-Baxter is the only hotel with a room block. Guests are welcome to call or utilize the direct website link below to book a room. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at the front of the hotel. We encourage guests to request early check-in when booking as check-in time is 3 PM and the shuttle picks up for the ceremony at 3:15 PM.

Ole's Shuttle Service
The shuttle will pick guests up at the hotel at 3:15 PM to bring them to the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up at the venue at 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM to bring them back to the hotel.
After the reception ends at 11:00 PM, the shuttle is available for all guests to ride to the after party at Zorbaz on Gull Lake. Only guests who are staying at the hotel will have a ride back to the hotel from Zorbaz at 1:00 AM. All other guests who are not staying at the hotel but need a ride back to their individual cabin are welcome to call Ole to schedule their own ride. Ole suggests scheduling independent rides far in advance as they fill up fast and there is limited Uber and Lyft in the area.
