1. When and where is the vow renewal ceremony? Our vow renewal ceremony will take place on August 9, 2025, at Solaz, A Luxury Collection Resort, in beautiful San José del Cabo, Mexico. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

2. How do I RSVP, and what’s the deadline?
Please reference the “RSVP Reminder & Mailing Address Request” email that was sent out. This email contains a form allowing you to formally RSVP. The final day to RSVP is January 31, 2025, so please complete the form before then.

3. Is there a discounted hotel rate available?
Yes! We’ve secured a special rate of $379 per night (for an oasis view room) from August 7–10, 2025. Other room types and discounted rates are available upon request—just let our planning team know your preferences.

4. How do I secure my room reservation?
An initial payment of one night’s stay (plus taxes) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid by June 23, 2025. The resort offers a pay-over-time option, and you’ll receive electronic payment reminders directly from the resort. 5. Do I need to book my flight separately?
Yes. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights. Typically, flights to Cabo average around $450 during this time of year. Booking early will help you find the best deals.

6. What is the overall dress code or attire?
Feel free to dress in semi-formal attire. Think light, airy fabrics and comfortable footwear suitable for a tropical setting. Plan on warm days and breezy evenings.

7. Will there be group activities besides the vow renewal?
We’re planning a few events, like a welcome party and yacht excursion. Stay tuned for more details via email and on this website—we want everyone to have the best experience in Cabo.

8. Is a passport required to travel to Mexico?
Yes. You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

9. Will there be a traditional gift registry?
We’ve chosen to have a wishing well wedding, meaning we’re accepting monetary gifts in lieu of traditional presents. A wishing well will be present during the reception.

10. Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a plus one.

11. Do I have to stay all three nights?
You’re not required to stay the full three nights; however, please note that shorter stays do not qualify for the room block discounts.
