All of our guests will be staying on-site at La Pescaia!

Monday, September 23rd:

Check-in from 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Welcome Dinner from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

After dinner, the bar will be open until 12:00 am

Tuesday, September 24th: Wedding Day

6:00 pm - late

Wednesday, September 25th:

Free day at the resort (optional pool party at 1 PM)

Thursday, September 26th:

Check-out by 10:00 am

Breakfast is available for all guests Tuesday-Thursday morning from 8-10 AM. This is included in the cost of your room.

Monday, September 23rd:

9 PM - 12 AM - Following the welcome party, guests will have the option to purchase drinks from the resort's bar area

Tuesday, September 24th:

10 AM - Following breakfast, the resort's bar will be open for guests to purchase drinks

12:30 PM - 2:00 PM - Before the ceremony, you'll be able to purchase lunch à la carte from the bar area

B&G will be providing cocktail hour snacks, dinner, midnight pizza, and all drinks the night of the ceremony!

Wednesday, September 25th:

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM - Bar area is open for guests to purchase drinks

12:30-2:00 PM - À la carte lunch is available for guests

7:30-9:30 PM - À la carte dinner menu is available for guests

Most of the events will be taking place outside. The reception + party will be inside. The resort does have air conditioning, including all of the rooms.

Welcome Party/White Party (Monday, September 23)

We are asking our guests to wear white to our welcome party on Monday night.

The dress code is dressy casual so think: linens, dresses (any length), khaki or other lightweight pants for men, jackets/ties are optional

It will be outside, so we want you to be comfortable!

Wedding Day (Tuesday, September 24th)

Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal dress code

Women: Cocktail dress (any length), heels optional

Men: Suit in any color

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outside while the dancing part of the night will be inside the bar area!
