WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 25, 2025, to let us know if you’ll be joining us on our special day! Please visit our the RSVP tab on our website to confirm your attendance.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATED?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with a beautiful view of the bluff, just a short walk from the barn where the reception will follow. In the event of bad weather, both the ceremony and reception will be moved indoors to the barn.

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO THE CEREMONY SITE?

For guests who may need assistance getting to and from the ceremony and reception, our venue will provide a cart service for elderly and handicapped guests to ensure a comfortable and easy transition between locations.

ARE PLUS ONES AND CHILDREN ALLOWED?

The invitation you received is specifically addressed to the names listed. If you would like to bring a guest who was not formally invited, please contact one of us beforehand so we can add them to the guest list.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED FOR WEDDING GIFTS?

We are registered at Amazon for our wedding gifts, but while gifts are appreciated, they are absolutely not required. If you were unable to attend the wedding shower, feel free to bring gifts to the wedding. There will be a table by the entrance for cards and gifts.

IS IT OKAY TO POST PHOTOS OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We kindly request that no photos from our wedding day be shared until the newlyweds have had the opportunity to make the first post.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DAY ITINERARY?

The itinerary for guest will be available closer to the wedding date.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests to begin arriving at the venue by 5:00 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. ceremony start time.

HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE?

Wagon Wheels Acres is located just 6 miles north of Dover, Arkansas, off of Hwy 7 and Rushing Road. Follow the signs on Lee Mountain Road to guide you to the venue.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

The reception will feature BBQ pulled pork with sausage, accompanied by mac and cheese, rolls, baked beans, and potato salad. A charcuterie board will also be available, along with a variety of drinks.
