WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than September 25, 2025, to let us know if you’ll be joining us on our special day! Please visit our the RSVP tab on our website to confirm your attendance.

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

If we haven’t received your response by September 25, we will assume you’re unable to attend. We truly hope to celebrate with you, but due to vendor requirements and our finalized guest count, we won’t be able to accept late responses. As the deadline approaches, if we haven’t heard from you, we’ll reach out for a final confirmation. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?

You’ll definitely be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please select “Decline” on the RSVP tab of our website so we can plan accordingly. If you’ve already RSVP’d “Attending” but your plans change, kindly update your response under the RSVP tab to reflect your new status.

ARE PLUS ONES AND CHILDREN ALLOWED?

To ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated, we kindly ask that only the individuals listed on the invitation attend. If you believe someone was unintentionally left off, please reach out to the bride or groom so we can make the appropriate arrangements. If your invitation includes a plus one, please be sure to include their name in the notes section of your RSVP.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE VENUE?

We kindly ask guests to begin arriving at the venue by 5:15 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. ceremony start time.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATED?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with a beautiful view of the bluff, just a short walk from the barn where the reception will follow. In the event of bad weather, both the ceremony and reception will be moved indoors to the barn.

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO THE CEREMONY SITE?

A cart service will be available for elderly or handicapped guests to help with transportation between the ceremony and reception. If you’ll need this service, please let the bride or groom know in advance so we can be ready for you!

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED FOR WEDDING GIFTS?

We are registered at Amazon for our wedding gifts, but while gifts are appreciated, they are absolutely not required. If you were unable to attend the wedding shower, feel free to bring gifts to the wedding. There will be a table by the entrance for cards and gifts.

IS IT OKAY TO POST PHOTOS OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We’d love for you to capture and share your own special moments from the day! Feel free to post your individual photos. We kindly ask that any photos including the bride and groom be saved and shared after we’ve had a chance to post first. Thanks for helping us savor and share the day in our own time!

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DAY ITINERARY?

The itinerary for guest will be available closer to the wedding date.

HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE?

Wagon Wheels Acres is located just 6 miles north of Dover, Arkansas, off of Hwy 7 and Rushing Road. Follow the signs on Lee Mountain Road to guide you to the venue.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

The reception will feature BBQ pulled pork with sausage, accompanied by mac and cheese, rolls, baked beans, and potato salad. A charcuterie board will also be available, along with a variety of drinks.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Yes! Children are absolutely welcome. We understand that many of our guests have little ones, including newborns, and we don’t want anyone to feel pressured to be apart from their babies. That said, we also completely support making it a date night if you'd prefer to enjoy the evening kid-free—it’s totally up to you and what works best for your family. If you plan to bring children who are not already listed on your invitation, please include their names in the notes section of your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

ARE PHOTOS ALLOWED DURING THE CEREMONY?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture and enjoy the moment. Feel free to take photos and videos during the ceremony and throughout the celebration. We’ll have a QR code available where you can upload and share anything you capture—we’d love to see the day through your eyes and appreciate every memory you help us preserve. We just kindly ask that you be courteous during the ceremony by keeping your phone on silent, staying out of the aisle and out of the photographer’s way, and being mindful of the guests around you. Thank you for helping us keep the moment special for everyone!
