While we love and cherish each one of your kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adult-only event. We hope that you can understand this & join us on our big day!!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests outside of who we have addressed the invitations to. Each formal invitation will note the number of seats included within the invite. Feel free to check in & confirm with the bride and groom incase extra spots do open. We look forward to celebrating with you!
When is the RSVP deadline?
We're eagerly anticipating celebrating our special day with you! To assist us in making necessary arrangements, please RSVP by Sept 8th, 2024. If you do not RSVP, you will not have a seat or a meal. Your prompt response will ensure that we can create a memorable experience for all our guests. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone!
Will there be alcohol?
OF COURSE! There will be beer, seltzers & wine served by certified TABC bartenders.
This is NOT a BYOB event.
Bar Services Policy
Per the bartending companies policy: "A valid form of ID will be requested if a guest is not apparently 35 years of age or older." That being said, ensure that you have a vaild ID with you, or you will not be served. (-:
Note to Guests: Please note that the invitation states the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm SHARP. With that being said, please consider travel time to the venue (it is down backroads/county roads, therefore not right off the highway, you will need adequate time to ensure you do not get lost) parking and a few minutes to settle in when you first arrive. We suggest planning on arriving between 4:15-4:30 to avoid late attendance. Upon arrival, the reception barn WILL NOT be accessible. You are to head directly to the chapel where you can grab a seat, or mingle outside on the porch. Don't worry, there will be signs to lead you in the right direction (-: We cannot wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people! XOXO, Lance & Mackenzie
