What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please try to arrive to the ceremony no later than 4:05pm so we can get you seated prior to the start of the ceremony.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
While we love all of your little ones, we politely ask for this to be an adults only wedding.
Will there be transportation?
Yes, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception for those staying at either of the hotels.
If you are staying at a different hotel, or some place nearby the driver will bring people to different locations upon request. However, this does not include a ride to the venue.
Is there parking on-site at the venue?
Yes! Vehicles can remain overnight in the parking lot at Willow Brooke until 10 am the following Sunday.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to have our guests in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

What is the shuttle service timeline?
There will be 2 shuttle times available for people to get to the venue.
1st shuttle:
Holiday Inn @ 3:15pm
American Inn @ 3:20pm.
2nd shuttle:
Holiday Inn @ 3:50pm
American Inn @ 3:55pm.
The shuttle will stay onsite for the entirety of the night and drive people to the hotel whenever they are ready to head back.
