While we love all of your little ones, we politely ask for this to be an adults only wedding.

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception for those staying at either of the hotels. If you are staying at a different hotel, or some place nearby the driver will bring people to different locations upon request. However, this does not include a ride to the venue.

Yes! Vehicles can remain overnight in the parking lot at Willow Brooke until 10 am the following Sunday.

We would love to have our guests in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

There will be 2 shuttle times available for people to get to the venue. 1st shuttle: Holiday Inn @ 3:15pm American Inn @ 3:20pm. 2nd shuttle: Holiday Inn @ 3:50pm American Inn @ 3:55pm. The shuttle will stay onsite for the entirety of the night and drive people to the hotel whenever they are ready to head back.
