We would love to see our family + friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code will be cocktail attire! For women, a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit. For men, a suit + tie or sports coat + pants; we kindly request no jeans. We also invite you to join our theme by wearing bright, summer colors if you desire/can!
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin at 6:00pm + guest seating will begin 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. Therefore, we ask that you arrive in time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.
Can I bring a plus one?
Every guest will be allotted a specific amount of seats; so, we are not able to accommodate those who are not formally listed on your invitation from us. Therefore, we ask that you do not bring an extra guest unless otherwise stated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
Will the ceremony/reception be indoor or outdoor?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors! Weather permitting, our social hour will be outdoors. Therefore, that would be the only time you are outside!
Are kids allowed to come?
If your invitation includes your child's name, we have reserved a seat for them. If it does not, then we ask you to leave your little ones at home + enjoy a kid-free evening!
What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?
You can either let Landry know directly or email our wedding planner at info@bluechalkevents.com. Please make sure to let us know prior to the wedding!
Will alcohol be served at our wedding?
We have selected special his/hers cocktails for our guests to enjoy during our social hour + our reception! We will also have soda, tea + water. No alcoholic beverages will be served.
