Blake & Laney met at their mutual friends New Years Eve party this past year bringing in 2023. Little did they know that they had attended the University of Oklahoma together (even shared a class and dorm tower) and had narrowly missed crossing each others path for years! 

But God had a plan and brought the two together at the perfect time.
Their first date was on January 5th 2023 and Blake asked for Laney’s hand in marriage this year on the anniversary of that date.
