March 22, 2021- matched on Hinge
March 27, 2021- first date for bubble tea and a walk in an Asian grocery store (Kevin was too afraid to sit in my car because I told him there was a cigarette burn in the seat from the original owner) (Kevin claims he was worried about COVID)
May 1, 2021- went to Waterfall Glen and Laney tweeted “I went on a 5 mile hike in my old ass vans for a man and messed up my foot. If I’m not asked to be his girlfriend soon, I’m rioting” (we did not see the waterfall)
May 2, 2021- Kevin asked Laney to be his girlfriend. Laney said “yes!”
August 28, 2021- Our first movie date to see Candyman (2021)
October 31, 2021- Our first couple costume as Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit the 90s/2021 Lollapalooza versions
April 8, 2022- First concert- The Maine at the House of Blues Chicago
May 14, 2022- First baseball game- the Whote Sox vs The Yankees at Guarenteed Rate Field
May 28, 2022- We finally saw the Waterfall at Waterfall Glen
August 20, 2022- Visited the Mars Cheese Castle
September 2, 2022- Our first cooking class together. We made sushi!
October 15, 2022- We went to Kevin’s favorite restaurant for the first time: Rose Mary
January 7, 2023- We went to Laney’s favorite restaurant for the first time: Duck Duck Goat
February 24, 2023- Our first museum date to the Art Insitute of Chicago
August 5, 2023- Kevin bought the ring!
