ROOM RESERVATIONS (INDIVIDUAL)

Group Rate: $229 for King or Double. All room, tax and incidental charges are to be paid for by individuals. All guestroom rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 15% plus $2.00 occupancy tax per night.

Guests are to call the hotel directly at 757-425-7800 and press #1 for reservations. Individual attendees must identify themselves as a member of the GARNER-TRANQUILLO WEDDING GROUP in order to receive these special rates.

Reservations must be received no later than March 19, 2024.

DEPOSIT CANCELLATION OR CHANGE PROCEDURE

A credit card number must accompany each reservation. This card will be authorized 48 hours prior to the date of arrival for your stay, including $50.00 a day for incidental charges. Balance of payment is due at check-in. Any cancellations must be received 48 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room & tax charge to the credit card, or taken from any deposit received.

GUEST CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Any rooms vacated after 11:00am will incur a $50 per hour late checkout charge. Rooms not vacated by 3:00pm on the day of departure will incur a full night’s room and tax charge in addition to the hourly late check out charge.

PARKING ACCOMMODATIONS

Self-Parking is complimentary each day in our enclosed parking garage across the street from the hotel. One parking pass per room is provided to our guests. Valet parking is available for $35.00 per day. Valet parking is complimentary for non-hotel guests attending an event in our banquet room. Anyone needing parking for over-sized vehicles must make arrangements through the Sales Office 30 days prior to arrival. There is a charge for over-sized vehicle parking.
