Hotels

We've reserved a block of rooms at the two hotels listed below. There are also Airbnbs in the area (Stevensville, MD) and Annapolis is a 30 minute drive away and has additional hotel options, as well. If you have any issues with booking a room using the links below, please contact Caroline or Lantz. Important: Ubers and Lyfts are difficult to get in this area, especially in the evening. This hotel is located 3 minutes down the road from the wedding venue. Transportation is provided to/from the venue on the day of the wedding. We have a block of rooms reserved here for April 9 - April 11. If you'd like to stay an additional night, please complete your reservation using the link below, then call the hotel to request another night. **This hotel is full - please book at the Hyatt Place Hotel, information is below.

The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

This hotel is located 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. Transportation will be provided to/from the venue on the day of the wedding. Make sure that you choose the correct arrival and departure dates.&nbsp;Choosing dates outside of what was contracted will appear as “Sold Out” or “Not Available”. A two-night minimum length of stay is required. Please book by using the link below or you can call the hotel directly at (800) 233-1234 to book reservations over the phone. Flights

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is approx. 30 miles from our venue (45 minute drive) Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approx. 45 miles from our venue (1-1.5 hour drive)

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests from the hotels to the wedding venue and back to the hotels at the end of the evening. 4:10pm: Shuttle pick-up for guests staying at The Hyatt (the bus will leave for the venue at 4:20pm). 4:30pm: Shuttle pick-up for guests staying at The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
