Yes, there will be a shuttle that runs from Stoney Creek Hotel to the venue. One will pick up at the hotel at 3:15pm and the second will pick up at 3:45pm. The return shuttles will run from the venue to Stoney Creek Hotel at 8:30pm, 9:30pm, 10:30pm and 12:00am

It will be an open bar that begins after the ceremony.

Children are welcome. There is a line on the rsvp for children.

The reception will be indoors with access to the outside patio. The ceremony will be outdoors (Ladies it is on grass so may need flats, thicker heels, or those heel “stoppers”).

For those who want to keep the party going the hotel bar called Backwater Jacks typically stays open until 1:00am or 2:00am depending on business.

There is! This will be held at Milltown Coffee at 3800 River Dr, Moline, IL 61265. Anyone who wants to join us the next morning for some rehydrating and breakfast feel free to join us! No set time that you have to arrive. We’ll be there from 10am-12pm. It’s pretty informal and people will be coming and going.

Both are being held at Lavender Crest Winery. The ceremony is outside by the vineyard (weather permitting). You will have to walk through the reception hall to get to the ceremony.

Yes! We will be bringing in pizza at 10pm. Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, Taco, Nacho, and a couple Gluten Free Pizza options as well.

It will be a buffet style. There will be a prime rib carving station, pesto chicken and a seafood lasagna along with sides that are yet to be determined. As soon as that is decided I will post.
