Lara and Ryan met at Wake Forest University in 2021 while pursuing their MSBA. They started as friends in the same friend group - often going to breweries, football games, and BSP (IYKYK). They frequented trivia at Incendiary Brewing on Wednesday night where Ryan brought Radar to pick up the ladies (it worked). Radar fell in love with Lara because she often shared her pizza crust with such a distinguished gentleman.

To make his move out of the friend zone, Ryan flagged down the BSP flower bucket lady and bought Lara a little bouquet of flowers (pictured above) and the rest is history...
