Looking forward to seeing you at Jameson's Tavern, 886 Smith Ave S, West St Paul, MN 55118
For those new to Minneapolis-St Paul, here's a few places of interest:
1) St Paul area: The MN state capitol is very impressive on the inside and outside. Nearby is Summit Hill which is gorgeous old homes, one of which is where Tim Waltz lives. Also within walking distance to the river are some nice parks nearby. Cosettas is a good pizza place by the river and Keys Bakery is a local coffee shop chain.
2) The green line on the light rail will take you to downtown Minneapolis - specifically near first Avenue which is a music venue/nightclub famous for launching Prince’s career. Lots of great restaurants down there including some higher end places. Nicolette Mall down there is a pedestrian mall that is nice to walk around.
3) Uptown Minneapolis is fun but can a bit of a haul and you'd probably need an uber if you're not driving. There are many ethic restaurants (Amazing Thailand is probably Larissa's favorite restaurant ever) and with access to the chain of lakes which should be bustling if it’s nice out.
4) Mall of America, the largest mall in the country, is in Bloomington and entertaining. The bus does go there if preferred.
5) The Orpheum, Ordway, and Guthrie theaters have larger productions and there are plenty of smaller theaters like Brave New Workshop (hilarious comedy) as well.
