Once upon a time, in a magical land named CityParc, two star-crossed lovers would be meet for the first time. On this mystical night, year two thousand and nine, these destined souls began their journey to becoming eternally intertwined. Larissa lived with three roommates, one of which was her best friend, Dorathy Chiu. While sending out party invitations Dorathy decided to request the attention of a man she knew, so noble and whitty, Christopher, who hailed from Chorpus Christi. His presence was soon granted and Larissa became instantaneously enchanted.As the two bonded over TY KU and Jay Sean the night sadly began to unwind and in an act of flirtatious whim the bride-to-be swiftly took hold of Christopher's behind. With a charming smile and a giggle she stole his heart at once, and the rest is history (yet it really is just beginning!).After 6 and a half years he finally popped the question and asked for her hand in marriage!!! She Said Yes!

What started off as an ordinary day on Thursday, October 13th 2016, would end up being extraordinarily memorable for Chris and Larissa. During the day Larissa was in communication with a couple of friends, trying to get a group together to have dinner and drinks at the typical Thursday night spot, Blue Goose. The plan was to meet up after work, around 6pm. Larissa initially thought Chris wouldn't be able to join because he worked until 9:30, however he convinced her to stay until he got there. After catching up with friends, Ray, Krysta, Tyler, and Caitlin, and enjoying nachos and a few margs, Chris finally joined the group. It seemed like a normal get together, however that quickly changed when everyone stepped outside the restaurant to head home. Chris asked Larissa to take a picture with him in front of a beautifully lit tree, which was certainly out of character since he "hates" taking pictures. Still, Larissa was not tipped off. He handed his phone to one of his best friends, Tyler Wells, to take the picture. Little did she know he was videoing the special moment! While the two lovebirds cheesed for the camera Chris leaned in to plant a sweet kiss on Larissa's cheek. He gazed at her lovingly and asked, "how long have we been together?". She replied and he went on to say, "I don't want a girlfriend anymore". Larissa was of course confused by this comment and thought to herself, "is he really breaking up with me in front of all his friends?". Chris's plan had worked and she was not at all expectant of what was to come next. As he knelt down on one knee and pulled out a stunning diamond ring from his pocket he said, "I want something more! Will you marry me?". In pure joy and disbelief SHE SAID YES!!!Thank you to everyone who was there and who kept the surprise hidden so well! You all mean the world to us and we cannot wait to share our special day with each of you!

We have a block of 20 rooms reserved under SpenceLott Wedding Group. The suites we have reserved are the Premium Deluxe Room Tropical and Garden View. The rate for per person, per night, including taxes, is $217.27. Please be aware that if you plan on staying at the resort by yourself the room rate is more expensive ($265.54), therefore we recommend pairing up with friends if you are not bringing a significant other. Please book your room through our Travel Agent, Cherie Peninger. The website linked below will take you to where you can reserve your room. A $100 deposit *per person* is required to reserve your room, which will be applied to the total cost of the room. To ensure that you get one of the blocked rooms we have reserved you must put a deposit down ASAP, before all are booked up. Once all blocked rooms are booked it will be a first come first serve basis depending on what rooms are still available at the resort at the time you go to book. When booking, you are able to either pay in full or in whatever installments you would like. Round-trip transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport is $35. Contact our Travel Agent, Cherie Peninger, via her email provided and detail your travel itenerary so she can set up your transportation services for you. You do not have to book your flight through the TA if you don't want to. The prices will be about the same either way.
