Larissa and Sebastian met senior year in high school in astronomy where they learned about the stars and sky together. Their relationship started small, a singular point in the universe where it blossomed into an ever-expanding space full of love and compassion.

Their relationship before their engagement lasted for five years until July 2022, when Sebastian proposed to Larissa among the stones overlooking Lake Pielinen in Finland's Koli National Park.

Between the time of the start of their relationship to the engagement, Sebastian was attending university to become an artist at the Univeristy of Texas at San Antonio. In December 2023, Sebastian received his BA in Fine Arts with a specialization in painting. Larissa continues her journey through college and university, studying library science to someday become a librarian.

The couple enjoys spending their time in nature, with Larissa having an interest in bird watching, and painting with one another. They both like to read and talk about fanciful adventures and explore the world.
