Hello Family and Friends, We are so excited to share details of our special day with you. Here, you will find all the information about the ceremony, reception, accommodation options and things to do in Atlanta. We can't wait to make unforgettable memories with the people who mean the most to us. After many years, LaShaunda wasn't sure marriage was in the cards. Then life brought her and Robert together during this season---two people shaped by their journeys who found one another and whose relationship deserves a celebration of love. Car Chronicles with a five year old with wisdom, wit, strong. faith and conversations wise beyond her years! A spring afternoon in April 2024 changed everything. LaShaunda and her daughter Riley were talking, and Riley Riley announced she would pray for mommy to meet a nice man--someone who would appreciate her and see her as a wife. A few months later LaShaunda &amp; Robert connected through social media, and it felt like love at first sight. Our first date flowed effortlessly; we talked laughed for hours and left knowing this was the beginning of something special. Since, June 29, 2024 we have been inseparable---learning each other's rhythms, sharing quiet joys, and dreaming about the future. We've face challenges together, including a health crisis that strengthen our bond, and nights of deep conversations that taught us to how to love more deeply than we imagined. Robert often says LaShaunda is his perfect match. After 392 days of intentional dating--- love, laughter, trials and God's grace--we are grateful for the Lord's hand guiding us. The surprise proposal came on a warm summer night at home, poolside after a hibachi dinner and fire show celebrating LaShaunda's birthday. Her "Yes" was met with cheers, well wishes, and thanks for a prayer answered. We are deeply thankful for the love and support of our family and friends, and most of all for God's timing. We are excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife. From the start, our love has been built on laughter, support, and countless memories that have shaped who we are as a couple. Riley is a special little girl who loves to sing, dance & a friend every girl needs!  Her favorite activities include: swimming,  playing soccer, basketball and playdates with her friends.  Riley also enjoys traveling and has already developed her singing voice in preparation for the stage.

The Hilton Atlanta Marietta is home of the City Club Marietta Golf Course offering Mountain View’s, golf and dining. It is a mile from Historic Marietta Square which offers shopping, dining, museums and theatre. I-75 is less than four miles away. Dobbins Air Force Base is nearby. Additionally there are shopping close by at the Cumberland Mall, Town Center at Cobb or The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta.
