They were both invited by mutual friends for a simple brunch. Ev sat next to Tara and couldn’t even remember her name. After partaking in the festivities with a riverfront view, they parted ways to their separate vehicles…Ev tripped over his own feet as he watched Tara walk away.

They took Xavier (Tara’s 2nd son) & his friend to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 for congratulatory graduation 🧑‍🎓 gift. After a failed attempt at an illuminated kayaking 🚣‍♀️ excursion that had to be cancelled, they went back to the hotel to meet up with some friends. They opted not to change clothes & stayed in what they wore to the water, to rush up to the rooftop for cocktails. Ev lead Tara towards the outdoor lounge area…she thought they were attending a club 🤦‍♀️. Ev attempted to direct her thru a lit rose petalled 🌹pathway but Tara thought she would mess it up for whomever it was meant for 🤣. At the end of the walkway Tara looks up at everyone. Kalina & Michael were singing 🎤 “Best Part” (by Daniel Cesar & H.E.R.) 🎼.

Tara stood in complete confusion as Melisa whispered look up. Melisa pointed to a sign that read MARRY ME❣️. In complete shock 🫢 😳 Tara’s eyes began to well-up with tears🥹🥹. Ev got on one knee to pop the question & Tara accepted 💞🎉
