Yes the plan is for the ceremony to began at the time on the invitation as we'd like to stay on event schedule. VERY IMPORTANT: The venue staff will stop traffic coming into the establishment once ceremony begins at 4:00pm as not to interfere with the location of the outside wedding ceremony so please arrive before start time.

The wedding and reception both will be held on the grounds of The Barns of Mattaponi Springs. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). There will be signs to help guide our guest. The staff will have golf carts to help move our guests with special needs to each destination.

It’s a Vibrant Spring Affair. Bride and Groom would love for our guest to wear dressy casual attire. Vibrant Spring colors encouraged. (Wedding colors are pink, sage, champagne but any spring colors are encouraged). No tennis shoes.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to our venue capacity. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on the RSVP.

Yes there will be appetizers and drinks available for our wonderful guests to enjoy after the ceremony while the wedding party takes pictures.

While we love your littles, our wedding will be an invited adults only event due to venue capacity and also we would like for everyone to have a relaxed kid free evening to celebrate with us.

If your RSVP has changed please update your RSVP on this site so Bride and Groom can make the proper adjustments. It would be very much appreciated.
