LaToya and Fabian first crossed paths in 2015. After a few months of dating, life pulled them in separate directions—but not for long. In the fall of 2016, they found their way back to one another, and from that moment on, they were inseparable. Just a few short months later, on March 25, 2017, they vowed “Hallways and Forever” and began the beautiful journey of marriage.
People often ask, “Why renew your vows? Is it for pictures? For social media? Just an excuse to dress up?” The answer is simple: none of the above.
These past ten years have been filled with incredible highs, but also some of the heaviest challenges a couple can endure. They faced the loss of LaToya’s father less than a year after their wedding. They walked through Fabian’s battle with cancer—and celebrated his victory. They endured a miscarriage, job losses, ongoing health struggles, and the heartbreak of losing LaToya’s mother, followed by the loss of another mother figure and dear friend. And yet, in the midst of these storms, they also celebrated buying their first home, Fabian earning his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, and LaToya achieving her Master’s in Human Resources.
It seemed that just when life began to settle, another unexpected, life-changing event would strike. But through it all—God. Their faith in Jesus has been the anchor of their strength, wisdom, and endurance. Without that foundation, their union could not have carried the weight of so many trials.
So why renew their vows?
Because this ceremony is their way of rededicating themselves—heart, mind, and purpose—to the promises they made a decade ago. It is a chance to clearly reset their focus on one another as they enter the next chapter of their lives. It’s not about a moment. It’s about a marriage. It’s about honoring the journey that shaped them and recommitting to the future they are still building.
And why do they want you there?
Because every person invited has played a meaningful role—whether through prayer, love, encouragement, or simply showing up when it mattered most. Sharing this moment with family and friends makes the celebration fuller, stronger, and more beautiful. Your presence is part of the blessing.
As LaToya and Fabian step into the next ten years and beyond, they would be honored to have you witness their renewal of love, strength, and forever....Hallways!
