Guests arrive at 4pm. Ceremony at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour at 5pm. Reception at 6pm. Send-off at 10pm.

Guests can arrive between 3:30 and 4:30pm. The ceremony proceedings will start promptly at 4:30pm.

The reception will be taking place at the Marina Village Conference Center in The Sunset Room. It will be about a 1 minute walk from the ceremony to The Sunset Room.

Yes, there is parking available near the wedding venue. However, during this time of the year, parking and traffic may be a challenge, so please take that into consideration.

We will be having a family-style catered dinner, as well as hors d'Oeurves passed during the cocktail hour. There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. There will be beer, wine, specialty drinks, soft drinks, coffee, and water available throughout the course of the day and during the later hours, with sweet delights to finish the evening!

Anyone listed on the wedding invitation may attend the event. Please make sure that their name is listed on the RSVP card. While we would love to celebrate with many more people, there are space constraints at the venue. Please only bring guests whose names are listed on the invitation. Thank you!

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults-only. Thank you for understanding and we hope that you can still celebrate with us!

Formal wedding attire would be best. This will be an evening wedding in the spring, by the Marina, so please bring a light coat or jacket in case it is chilly! Ladies, a cocktail dress or flowy gown would be great. And gentlemen... a suit or button up with slacks is preferred.
