Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless noted otherwise. Please RSVP with only those listed on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Are we allowed to bring our children?
As much as we love our littles, due to venue restrictions and limited spacing we are asking that only those listed on the invitations attend. Children who are 14+ and listed on the invitation are welcome to join!
When should I RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 10, 2025 to ensure your dinner order is placed and that you are accounted for. If we do not receive an RSVP, we will not be able to count you towards attendance.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
~Black-tie-optional attire~
We ask that you wear a suit and tie or for dresses: an evening gown/midi- or knee-length cocktail dress.
Will there be parking?
Yes, it is free and you can keep your car there until 8am the next morning. There are over 150 paved and lined parking spaces available for guest use.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
While we appreciate you wanting to capture moments, we kindly request that you refrain from taking ANY photos during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer capturing the day. Please feel free to take pictures during the reception! We will have a QR code to share them with us!
Will there be food served during cocktail hour?
Yes, there will be an assortment of au'rdorves and the bar will be open.
Is it an open bar?
We'll be serving 3 special signature cocktails alongside a selection of beer and wine, providing a limited bar option for our guests to enjoy.
I have a food allergy; who do I tell?
Let Laura know or mark on your invitation when selecting your food choice.
Is there a registry?

Is there a hotel block?
Yes, there is a Special Wedding Rate for all who are coming into the area at the Holiday Inn in Mount Joy PA. It should be under the Apple-Becker Wedding!

To receive the discounted rate, simply log onto IHG.com and search Mount Joy, PA. Click Holiday Inn
Express and enter the dates of stay. (Friday May 16, 2025) Use the “Corporate Rate” from the drop down menu and enter the corporate code 787040142. All rooms that are currently available will display with the discounted rate.
For guests who wish to call the hotel, give the dates of their stay (Friday May 16, 2025) and ask for the “Wedding
rate.” The same time frame applies and they will receive the 15% discount.
Will there be transportation?
Yes, there will be a shuttle provided before and after the ceremony and reception to and from the hotel.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Dependent upon weather, the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 mins prior to the ceremony to provide ample time to park, find a seat, and socialize.
How long is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin at 5pm, and end by 10pm
