There will not be a shuttle service for the welcome reception. There will be parking on site where you may park a car. Uber or a taxi is another option. Chateau Lill is located in Woodinville about 30-45 minutes north of the hotels (depending on traffic.) Carpooling is encouraged!

Yes! We will have a shuttle service pick up the guests from the two hotels and return guests to the hotels at the end of the evening. Please be ready to depart both hotels at 4:15. There will be shuttles going to both hotels to pick up guests for the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle service to take everyone home between 9-11 PM!

Children may attend the welcome reception, but there will not be designated child care for this event. There is a pond located on the premises, and the venue requests that young children be supervised at all times.

Children are invited to the wedding! We will be providing child care on site in a separate room for young children. We ask that young children stay with the provided child care during the ceremony and the speeches. Children may join the celebration during dinner and dancing! Children may also stay with the designated child care throughout the entire evening - whichever is deemed better by the parents. Please contact Pat or Laura if you are interested in the on site child care! This service is provided from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Yes, the two hotels with blocked rooms are in close proximity. They are about a five minute walk apart.
