While our venue, Ashford Acres Inn, is a bed and breakfast, all rooms are already reserved for the wedding party and Laura Beth and Zach's close family and friends.

There are also hotels in Georgetown, KY that are only a 30-minute drive from the venue! We do not have a hotel block, but we encourage you to book any nearby hotel / AirBnB that suits your needs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the capacity at our venue, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your save the date and invitation will list an additional guest / plus one if we have accommodated that for you!

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, only the guests listed on your invitation will be accommodated.

Will there be a bar?

OF COURSE! We will have an open bar to start the night. Once we reach a tab limit, it will switch to a cash bar. Bring some cash and your dancing shoes! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Both! Our ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside of the event barn. The ceremony and reception will both take place at Ashford Acres Inn, so no need to travel in between!

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding will be cocktail attire. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early. The ceremony will start at 5:00. Once the ceremony starts, no entrance will be granted.

Can I take pictures and videos on my phone?

Our ceremony will be "unplugged" meaning we would like guests to put away and turn off their cell phones. We have a photographer and videographer who will be capturing this moment, so we would like you to be fully present! After the ceremony is over, during the cocktail hour and reception, you are more than welcome to take pictures and videos as you please!
