Laura and I have known each other our entire lives as sisters, and although we've had our ups and downs (I'm looking at you teenage years) she has always been someone I can count on, and will always stand by me. I am so excited to stand by her on her wedding day to celebrate her and Dave.

We met in Grade 10, Ms Kurley's English class. Travis Roselle changed our grades after our class made the teacher cry. Laura and I bonded over her misery. On that day, we realized that I could verb nouns and she could do the maths. So we met every morning after that, at 7am to so each other's homework. I would do her English and Social assignments, and she would do my Math and Science homework.

Laura and I met in high school. We had the same circle of friends and would often hang out together, as the years passed, we grew closer, even living a block away from each other. We spent many a night chatting and bonding over a glass of vino. I realized very quickly what a smart, strong, independent woman Laura was and that was exactly the type of person I wanted to call a lifelong friend.

I knew the moment I met Laura that we had a special connection. She’s got a heart of gold, a smile that lights up the room and a sense of humour that’s completely unmatched. Although we haven’t known each other forever, I’ve known her long enough to know I’ve got a friend for life.

I met Dave the day I came out of the womb. He actually named me. Growing up, I always looked up to him as a role model. In our adult lives we have enjoyed many great memories together, whether it was boarding in the mountains, cruising down the highways on the Harleys or fixing equipment together.

I met Dave back in 2012 while out for wings. His special needs were similar to my own so we clicked and had a lot in common. We've had some good trips and fun times on two wheels.

I'm Dan, Davids youngest brother and I've known him since birth. Last time I was at a wedding, David and I were spinning records behind the DJ booth.
