Our Wedding

Tired of dating websites with matches that were going nowhere, Laura and Travis gave okaycupid.com a shot. For Laura, this was the last ditch effort with online dating before pledging to take a much needed break, but luckily she and Travis met for their first date at Ron's Bar and Grill, where they hit it off and the rest is history. Fast forward to 6 years, 1 house, 1 dog, 2 cats, 1 engagement and 3 kids later, and the couple still remains going strong with the best family they can ask for.

Our Story

Photos

A sister of the bride, Heather is a loyal, thoughtful and caring sister. Sisters by birth, but friends by choice, they share 35+ years of love, laughter and friendship together. There hasn't been a single moment, no matter how big or small, that Heather hasn't been a part of, and this day will be no different.

A sister of the bride, Carisa is a loyal, caring and protective ally of the bride. Sisters by birth, but friends by choice, the two have shared 35+ years of friendship, laughter and love together. There hasn't been a single moment, no matter how big or small, that Carisa hasn't been a part of, and this day will be no different.

Let me tell ya about my best friend.... A lifelong friend, boasting an impressive 30+ years of friendship, loyalty and dedication, Kara is a staple in Laura's life. These two have been through more laughs (than anyone possible if you ask me), love and tears. We've seen all that life has to offer thus far, and have been there for each other throughout - this day will be no different and couldn't happen without the love and support of Laura's bff.

Kara Horning

A sister of the groom, Hanna is a protective, loving and caring sibling of the groom. She also flawlessly took on the role of loving Auntie to her niece and 2 nephews, and friend to the bride-to-be. To say she is a necessity to the day is an understatement to the group of people who love and rely on her to make this day so special.

Bounded in friendship through our children, Laura and Jessie became almost instant best friends after the 1st play date between Chloe (Laura and Travis' daughter) and Vinny (Jessie's son) occurred in June 2017. Living less than 5 minutes away from each other, our families have become so close and integrated, with life-long friendships ensuing as a result. This day is unimaginable without Jessie by Laura's side.

Jessie Brelo

One of Laura’s oldest friends, Amanda and Laura have been friends for more than half of their lives. A true friend to rely on through the good and bad, Amanda and Laura have been by each other’s sides for many of life’s happiest and saddest moments, and everything in between. This day will be no different. Her nonstop pleasant demeanor is contagious and sure to put a smile on anyone’s face.
