The bus will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:40PM and arrive at the venue by 4:10PM. Please note that the hotel's guaranteed check in time is 4:00PM. They may be able to accommodate an earlier check in if rooms are available upon arrival. If not, they will be able to store your luggage.

Following the reception, the bus will return to the Hilton Garden Inn. The bus will also be available throughout the night for early returns as needed.
