Our Story
Laura and Colin went to neighboring rival high schools and had some mutual friends growing up but it wasn’t until July of 2019 that they went on their first date. They went on many more dates before Colin and Laura made it official in March of 2020. When their relationship thrived during the pandemic, they moved in together in December of 2020 becoming a family of four with their two beloved pups, Tula and Lincoln. In May of 2022 they moved in to their forever home in Yardley and have been loving the suburb life ever since!
The Proposal
On September 15, 2022 while on a motorcycle trip down Blue Ridge Parkway, Colin and Laura headed up Rough Ridge to watch the sunrise before hitting the road to their next destination. Little did Laura know, Colin had bigger plans. After a short hike up the mountain, Colin got down on one knee with a photographer in the distance capturing the memorable moment in a breathtaking setting. Laura said YES! Colin then surprised her with a stay at the Biltmore in Asheville along with horseback riding and a picnic on the beautiful grounds to celebrate.
