Our reception is a child free event. If your child is invited to the ceremony, they will receive a separate invitation to their own personal "dinner" that will take place on site with a babysitter provided. We appreciate your understanding with our decision to keep our reception child free.

Semi-formal/formal attire encouraged. For women, that includes a tea, ankle, or floor length gown, pant suit, or jumpsuit. For men, a suit with a button up shirt (tie or bow tie optional). Please avoid polos, khakis, jeans, or a dress/romper above the knee. Tuxedos and black tie attire not required. Formal attire is less formal than "black tie."

Transportation will be provided for our guests to/from The Hampton Inn - Lincolnton, NC and the venue. The bus leaves the hotel at 3:30 PM. This bus will not be at the venue for the entirety of the wedding. It will simply drop off, then come back at the end of the night to pick up. If you wish to not stay until the end, we encourage you to either Uber or bring your own vehicle. This bus is to help with transportation for those who will be drinking or have difficulties driving at night.

Airbnbs and VRBO options are in the area of Lincolnton, NC. We do have a hotel block at The Hampton Inn- Lincolnton. Please call the office (704-736-2000) and mention our names at booking. If the hotel block is full, please let us know and we will call to add more. Discounted rate is available from May 21-25, 2026.
