The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire and will begin with an indoor, traditional religious ceremony and end with an indoor reception in St. Alban's reception hall.

Feel free to break out the sparkly-space-inspired sequins and metallics or dark orange to imitate the Martian surface or dark blues to mimic the night sky. Guests from ROTC, feel free to wear your blues! The bride requests ladies refrain from wearing a wedding dress, but if that's really all you have to wear, she can loan you a dress from one of the middle/high school dances she attended.

The food will be catered by Mission BBQ and it will be a dry reception. BYOB, lol The cake will be baked with the help of the mother of the bride and groom, and Laura Beth--so you better enjoy it >:)

St. Albans is an Anglo-Catholic, Protestant denomination. However, the service will be very liturgical (be prepared to sit/stand/kneel) and bulletins will be dispersed so visitors can follow the flow of the service. /// Fun fact: the ceremony is NOT over when the priest announces us as 'husband and wife' because a nuptial eucharist will follow (i.e. Moses and Laura receive communion only.)

St. Albans is not a Baptist church, so yes! If you don't want to dance, you can always eat some cake--just save me a slice.
