How do I RSVP?

There is a link at the end of the menu bar on the home page. You and your whole party should be able to RSVP there.

Is there a recommended hotel? YES! YOU HAVE UNTIL AUGUST 8TH TO BOOK WITH DISCOUNT CODE

Yes! We have set up a block of rooms The Tempo in downtown Nashville. Here is the link. https://www.hilton.com/en/book/reservation/deeplink/?ctyhocn=BNAPOPO&groupCode=LCW&arrivaldate=2024-09-06&departuredate=2024-09-08&cid=OM,WW,HILTONLINK,EN,DirectLink&fromId=HILTONLINKDIRECT This hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from Broadway and 15 minutes from the venue. It is both Uber and rental car friendly. Please note, there is an additional charge for parking at the hotel.

Why is there a separate RSVP for the Ceremony and Reception?

Often the real fun at a wedding does not begin until the reception. We wanted to give people the option to skip the ceremony, as it will be short and sweet, and just meet us for drinks at the cocktail hour before. This is totally up to the individual.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, plenty of fee parking at the venue.

Is our wedding indoors or outdoor?

Our ceremony will be in a covered pavilion outside. Our reception is inside a nicely, airconditioned barn.

What will the weather be like?

It's the end of a Tennessee summer, so probably hot and humid,. Low to mid 80s during the day.

What is the attire?

Casual cocktail. But please don't think too hard about it. Just come party with us in anything you'd like.

Can we bring our childern?

Yes. Of course, bring them. Just please add them to your RSVP so we have a good headcount. There is tons of outside space at this venue for kids to run around.

Can I take photos?

Yes, please. Absolutely. We are going to use a service called guestpix where everyone can upload their photos to a shared album. There will be a QR code available at the door.

Where should we stay?

This is hard to answer. First, we have a block of rooms at the Tempo available in downtown Nashville. However, there are tons of hotels in this areas. Also, the airport area has several different hotels available at various price points. And then Airbnb is always a good option. It just depends on the experience you want. The closer to Broadway, the more lively and more of the Nashville experience. Then the farther out you go, the more quiet things get.
