Our story begins in 2015 In a theater room at Santa Ana College. Our shared passion for acting brought us together and we developed a friendship. But, after a few plays together, we both became curious to see if there was something more.

A year later we went on our first date. We visited the "Orange Circle" in Old Town Orange, a place Alex had wanted to take me to for quite some time. We enjoyed lunch at Two’s Company Cafe and then explored several antique stores in the area. After that, Alex and I started seeing each other regularly. We loved trying new restaurants, watching movies, and traveling together. Our adventures together have led to some of the most cherished memories we hold.

On September 24th, 2022 Alex asked me to marry him. We walked around the circle holding hands and it felt like just yesterday we were walking side by side as 2 nervous kids on their first date. As we walked towards the fountain I noticed a beautiful picnic display set up with a sign that read, Laura & Alex 09.24.22. I was so confused as to why it said our names, then I watched as Alex got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I cried and then I noticed my family was hiding behind trees and came out after I said yes and I cried even harder.

Neither of us ever dreamed of having a wedding this big. After many discussions, we knew that it was important to have our families together to not only celebrate our love but to celebrate love itself. We want to create a day filled with joy, laughter, and cherished memories. This wedding will be more than just our special day; it is a tribute to all the love and support we have received from those around us.

Nuestra historia comienza en 2015 en una sala de teatro del Santa Ana College. Nuestra pasión compartida por la actuación nos unió y desarrollamos una amistad. Pero después, queriamos saber si había algo más que simple amistad.

Un año después tuvimos nuestra primera cita. Visitamos el "Orange Circle" en Old Town Orange, un lugar al que Alex había querido llevarme desde hacía bastante tiempo. Disfrutamos del almuerzo en Two's Company Cafe y luego exploramos varias tiendas de antigüedades de la zona. Después de eso, Alex y yo empezamos a vernos con regularidad. Nos encantaba probar nuevos restaurantes, ver películas y viajar juntos. Nuestras aventuras juntos nos han llevado a algunos de los recuerdos más preciados que guardamos.

El 24 de septiembre de 2022 Alex me pidió matrimonio. Caminamos alrededor del círculo tomados de la mano y parecía que fue ayer cuando caminábamos uno al lado del otro como dos niños nerviosos en su primera cita. Mientras caminábamos hacia la fuente, noté un hermoso picnic montado con un letrero que decía: Laura y Alex 24.09.22. Estaba tan confundida, por qué decía nuestros nombres, luego vi como Alex se arrodilló y me pidió que me casara con él. Lloré y luego noté que mi familia estaba escondida detrás de los árboles y salí después de que dije que sí y lloré aún más fuerte.

Ninguno de nosotros jamás soñó con tener una boda tan grande. Después de muchas discusiones, sabíamos que era importante tener a nuestras familias juntas no solo para celebrar nuestro amor sino también para celebrar el amor mismo. Queremos crear un día lleno de alegría, risas y recuerdos preciados. Esta boda será más que simplemente nuestro día especial; es un homenaje a todo el amor y apoyo que hemos recibido de quienes nos rodean.
