Our Wedding

As most you you probably know, Laura and Jeremy met while Jeremy was on a rotational program for work from Scotland. Laura and Jeremy both worked for subsidiaries of Canon Medical and one early summer day Laura walked into the Gull Lake conference room and casually asked the new guy what school he was interning from. Ok, this wasn't that weird of a question; he started on the same day as all the interns!! Needless to say, she was mortified when he confusedly responded that he was from the UK and definitely wasn't in school anymore.... Over the next six months the two slowly became friends as Laura showed Jeremy around Minneapolis. Laura was such a good tour guide and had SUCH GREAT FRIENDS :) Jeremy thought he might actually be interested in moving here permanently (ok fine Jeremy did some exploring and made Laura go check out places she had never been too). Jeremy decided to apply for a second rotation over winter to make sure he could handle the brutal cold of the Minnesota tundra. Turns out Minnesota winters aren't actually that bad and you can still have fun! Laura &amp; Jeremy's relationship evolved into more than just a friendship after repeated internal monologues that you shouldn't date your coworker. They eventually realized that it's probably more than friendship if you are hanging out with someone literally every day at work and still want to spend any other available free time with them as well... Jeremy applied for a full-time position in the US and nearly 7 years after they first met, Jeremy proposed to Laura on the shores of Gull Lake. Jeremy and Laura have had so many amazing adventures together over the last 7 years and can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together. We look forward to celebrating with all of you and are so grateful to have you in our lives! WE CAN'T WAIT FOR MAY 6
