The ceremony and reception will both be held at Shepherd's Run. The ceremony will take place outdoors in a mostly-shaded garden. The cocktail hour will also be on an outdoor patio/lawn. The reception will be held inside the Event Hall.

We are requesting our guests to wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and men should wear a suit and tie or sports coat. Please no jeans or casual wear.

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by June 1st by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above.

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd that you are attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Laura or Trevor.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally addressed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a Parent's Night Out!

Don’t worry - all of our dinner options are able to accommodate any food allergies. When you RSVP, please indicate what allergies you have. We will also have a vegetarian and vegan option.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We encourage guests to arrive at 4:45pm to allow time to find seats and socialize. There is parking available at Shepherds Run for those driving.

If you are utilizing the hotel block at the Spring Hill Suites or the Comfort Inn & Suites, transportation will be provided to and from the venue and after party. If you opt to rent a house or stay at a different hotel and plan to drink, we encourage using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi service. We want all of our guests to be safe!
