The tented wedding reception will be held at 5:30 pm in the West Meadow of Winter Park's Park Avenue. The reception location is 0.2 miles (5 minute walk) from the wedding ceremony. Golf cart transportation from ceremony to reception will be available for those who would prefer. The tent will be air conditioned and floored in.

Cocktail hour will be held on the tent deck from 4:15-5:15 pm.

The closest parking garage is located 0.1 miles from both the ceremony and reception at 150 W Canton Ave. There is also a parking lot across the street from the reception on New York Avenue and Morse Boulevard.
