The ceremony will be outdoors starting promptly at 4pm; please plan accordingly. If there is inclement weather, the venue will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held until 10pm.

No. Sun Valley (our venue) has a strict policy with outside alcohol, and none can be brought onto the premises. This includes personal flasks and drinking in their parking lot. If found violating this policy, there is a $750 fine.

Although Sun Valley allows for a smoking area on their patio, we are asking that all guests would adhere to a zero smoking policy while on Sun Valley's premises.

There is more than enough parking on site, there is no worry about parking space availability.

There are several hotels within a 25 minute radius of Sun Valley! The closest couple (within a 10min drive) are The Aurora Hotel & Event Center, and The Bertram Inn Hotel & Conference Center. Please note, we do not have a room block reserved at any location.

Yes! We have registries with Amazon and Target. Please go to the "Registry" page here on our website. There will also be a table for cards/gifts, if you feel inclined to bring something the day of.

We request that all guests attend in semi-formal attire.

Unfortunately, due to venue space and guest limitations, we have been intentional on inviting those we would love to share this day with. Therefore, we ask you do not bring a plus-one, unless specifically listed on the invitation and the RSVP page on our website.

As much as we love kiddos, we are asking for all children under the age of 13 to stay at home (plus, so the parents can have a fun date night!).

You can RSVP by clicking on the "RSVP" page, or by scanning the QR code on your invitation! You will be able to RSVP for everyone included on your invitation. Just enter your name as listed on the invitation to be able to RSVP!
