Yes! We fell in love with the venue and hope our guests find as much joy in it as we do. We will be hosting the ceremony and reception in one easy location.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. There is a plan for inclement weather for the ceremony just in case. Fingers crossed for a nice October afternoon!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that guests arrive by 3:30pm to be seated in time for the ceremony. If you are using the resort shuttle, please allow ample time for the shuttle to arrive. Cocktail hour and the reception will begin immediately following the ceremony.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Don't worry, our officiant will remind you :) We have hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we don't want to have phones blocking those moment for them to capture. We also want guests to be present in the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon we get them!

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the Ballyowen Golf Club where our wedding will take place. Additionally, the resort shuttle will be available to all guests staying at either The Grand Cascades Lodge or the Minerals Hotel.

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the Grand Cascades Lodge and The Minerals Hotel. The links to our room blocks are on the "Travel" tab.

Yes, the entire resort is accessible. If you'll need assistance, please let us know so we can coordinate with the venue.

The internal resort shuttle is available to all guests of the Grand Cascades Lodge or the Minerals Hotel. More information regarding the shuttle will be provided to guests when they check-in.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

We are asking our guests to dress in cocktail attire. Men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress.
