LAX Car Services

• LAX-it Shuttle: To use Uber/Lyft from LAX, you'll need to go to the designated LAX-it (LAX Exit) area, accessible via a free shuttle from the lower-level curbside outside baggage claim and request your ride there.

• The LAX-it shuttle runs regularly, arriving approximately every 5-7 minutes.

• Luxury/Black Cars: Uber Black/Uber Black SUV/Lux and Lyft Lux/Lyft Lux XL are allowed to pick you up directly at the curbside of your terminal (on the Lower/Arrivals Level). This is the only exception where Uber drivers can pick up passengers without using LAX-it.
