Can we accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please just text any dietary restrictions to 423-718-0243 or write it on the RSVP so we can let our caterers know.

Can we bring our children?

We hope you understand that our wedding will be adults only with the exception of children of the bridal party and immediate family. This will give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate this special occasion without having to worry about little eyes and ears (and adventurous shenanigans - there's a pond and horses out back which can cause endless temptation for little adventurers). We do understand that a few of our close family and friends have just had babies or are currently pregnant so children under 2 are more than welcome. If this causes undue hardship, please talk with us prior to the day and we will see if we can make arrangements for you. Otherwise, we hope you will take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night and hope the advanced notice gives you an opportunity to make arrangements ahead of time so that you can share in our special day!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will note that we have saved a certain number of seats for you-please stick within that number of guests as we have a limited capacity at the venue.

Should we bring a gift?

Gifts are not expected OR necessary, we just appreciate your presence at the celebration of our marriage! Brandon and I are both established adults and have accumulated most of the things we need for our home. However - if you would like to give a nontraditional gift we would love it if you could contribute to our Honey Fund for our Honeymoon, or our future house fund. Both of them are linked on our registry. We also added a few household items for our guests who prefer to give more traditional wedding gifts which are also linked on our registry.

What is the closest city to stay in?

Chattanooga, TN is the closest medium sized city to stay in near our venue. It takes approximately 30-40 minutes to get to the venue from Chattanooga depending on traffic. Lookout Mountain is the next smaller town and is a few minutes away from the venue. There are multiple options for accommodations in the surrounding area such as rental cabins, there are also bed and breakfasts on Lookout Mtn and various hotel options in Chattanooga.

What is there to do around Chattanooga, anyway?

There are a TON of things to do in Chattanooga! I personally recommend visiting the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, or the Creative Discovery Museum if you have littles, they're always a big hit. The Chickamauga Battlefield, Trail of Tears memorial, and Chattanooga Choo Choo are just a skip and a jump away from our venue, and for the history buffs in our friend group is a great experience. There are plenty of outdoor activities to include kayaking, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, four-wheeling, spending the day at Coolidge Park, and horseback riding. You can even go hang gliding in my hometown of Dunlap, TN (which is the hang-gliding capitol of the US). My favorite local hikes are Sunset Rock, Snoopers Rock, Rainbow Falls, and The Fiery Gizzard (this one is a very advanced hike so only recommend this if you have a few days to spend in Chattanooga). For the more "I'm outdoorsy in that I drink on patios" type of people, there are plenty of amazing food and bar options in town. My favorite places are State of Confusion, Taqueria Jalisco, City Cafe, Stir, The Whiskey Thief, Sushi Nabe (try the Crabtacular Pumpkin - just trust me), Aubrey's, Tony's Restaurant, and Alleia. Ya'll all know I also have to have my coffee fix so I recommend Aretha Frankenstein's (this is more of a pancakes and beer place), Rembrandt's, Neidlov's, Milk and Honey, The Frothy Monkey at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, The Stone Cup, and Rozie Mae's Alpaca Farm. You can see a list of some of these places on our "things to do" tab.
